All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some of our items are dispatched in 3-6 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. racingcanvasco.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.racingcanvasco.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

Once dispatched, delivery time is currently estimated within 10 to 15 working days for standard shipping and 3 to 5 working days for Fedex express shipping.

Our products are manufactured in our private facility in Shenzhen, China. We ship our items from our warehouse direct to our customers using premium shipping and packaging. This enables to resolve any issues faster.

Canvases & other items will be shipped in one package where possible. Some may arrive in a separate package depending on their size but should be shipped on the same day in most cases.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or the product is damaged, you can return the product for free and get a full refund or exchange. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
